    Niemals. Ich habe leider ungefähr 20 Sachen, die ich gleichzeitig machen muss, weshalb ich das wohl fragmentierteste Gehirn meines Lebens habe. Alles dauert ewig. Aber das dauert nicht ewig. :)

    Estimate: Typesetting is done in a printable format by end of September. I'll likely find issues with details for months to come. So @Sascha decides when nitpicking stops :)

    Cover design in parallel should also be done within that time period.
