I have tried "Link & tag auto-completion bundle by @Will" with Keyboard Maestro trial version. but is there any way to do it with another alternative? especially if you live in another country, there is no way to buy Keyboard Maestro because of the exchange rate.

You might check out Alfred. I'm not familiar with it, but others have commented on this site that it is an alternative to Keyboard Maestro.
