Saint Augustine instructs Francesco Petrarch on the ZKM
Critique my zettel. This one is an atomized idea from my reading of _Manguel, Alberto. A history of reading. 2014. _ It is longish at 436 words and includes AI help with translation, a Wikipedia link, the relevant quote, and my assimilation into my ZK. With your help, it can be improved. The content of this note might be… -
[Bug Report] Multiple tabs and windows triggered by Saved Search hotkey
I have a hot key associated with the #proofing Saved Search. After the last update the hotkey now triggers the saved search in all tabs and all the multiple windows that are open rather than just the one with the focus. I usually operate in the two-window mode. I tried changing the hotkey but no joy. -
Re: Share your ZK plans for 15 MAY - 21 May.
EDIT: I don't want to leave the impression that the ten books above are the only books I've processed into my ZK. They just prove to be the 10 most integrated book notes. Re: Two Questions about Zettel Structure and MetaData
Thanks, @Will . This is similar to what @Loni suggested and I will adapt to suit my use cases. You are so right here. When I try to import my zettels into both NotePlan and Logseq, they treat the first line as being the actual item for the link - keeping in mind that my first line is just a UID and title, as shown in my… -
Re: Two Questions about Zettel Structure and MetaData
YAML is a plain-text standard that works in a lot of applications. Example from my default note template: ---UUID: ›[[202403092040]] cdate: 03-09-2024 08:40 PMtags: #proofing [["John Cage"]] #environmental_philosophy #ambient # ---# The Philosophy of the Ambient The first line after the YAML is the note title equal to the…
