Operations Transformation executive at a large transportation company

I've recently joined South Africa's largest transportation company - a state-owned business, as the GM responsible for Operations Transformation across our rail, port, pipe and port terminal businesses.
I'm trying to embed the Zettelkasten approach into my daily work, alongside other business engineering methodologies.
