Hi everyone. I'm Jakob, a developer from Sweden. I've been deep into PKM for a few years, started with Obsidian, went down the Zettelkasten rabbit hole, and ended up building my own read-it-later tool because nothing handled the pipeline from "save article" to "usable permanent note" the way I wanted.

My main interest is the gap between reading and retaining. I save a lot of articles but realized I was never turning them into actual knowledge. Spaced repetition and forced review changed that for me.

Looking forward to learning from this community. The depth of discussion here is rare.
