The Longevity Training Protocol
Hi Zettlers,
as you may have noticed, I am writing a quite comprehensive book on habits. I then expanded a part of the appendix to a book in itself: The Basic Training Protocol. It relates to my main book on movement and mobility the same, as a novella to an epic novel.
The short story version, or a version, is the longevity training protocol which aims to expand the exercise chapter of Outlive by Peter Attia.
I estimate that I have roughly 200k words of material for a book that should be 20-25k words. (Though, I am not fixated of the exact number of words)

As you may notice, that the frequency of publications by me is accelerating (ZKM v2 will be published February!), since my can draw more and more material from my ZK and the total publication process is developed under the Kaizen dogma.
