In the mean time I would recommend Zettlr. It's an application that has very similar features as The Archive, and it works on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. There's other applications that you can use, but most of the workflows described for The Archive also works for Zettlr.
@inquisitiv3 Thank you. I try Zettlr, it's very fine software, but now I'm using SublimeText for Zettelkasten, despite it's development seems stopped. Zettlr is very good to exporting notes, so I use both - writing in SublimeText for Zettelkasten, and exporting from Zettlr.

I just tested obsidian. I think it seems to be better than zettlr for windows. I like it. Its free for personal use. obsidian.md.
