Psychological effects of syntactic appearance
This may have been discussed extensively before. Are you considering integrating the WYSIWYG feature? I realise that this feature does not align with your principles. However, sometimes (especially with Markdown links (Cmd+K)) the resulting display can cause anxiety. Is there no way to at least make this feature optional in the settings (like in Zettlr)?
