Very stimulating contribution - I particularly like the network idea as the basis of the metric. The ‘mightiness’ as a measure is not perfect, but methodologically much cleaner than it seems at first glance - precisely because it does not depict output, but thinking activity.
The analogy with the FM score is also helpful: you accept certain imprecision, but still get useful feedback. Thanks also for the practical reference with the keyboard maestro macros - it makes me want to implement something like this myself. And instantly, I find myself wondering whether this approach could be refined or complemented to enhance its accuracy, nuance, and usefulness. Perhaps by incorporating ways to track revisions over time, assess the depth of engagement with individual notes, and monitor how often notes are retrieved and reused in new contexts? -- How easy is it to be distracted from your actual work by a new @Sascha post!
