Operating system for software
As I understand it, the software is only for MACs? Not available for Windows?

Are you talking about The Archive? Then I think the answer is "yes", it only works on a Mac or in the Mac OS, to be more precise.
If you are talking about ZK software generally, then there are a number that work in other operating systems. For example, you might check out Zettlr, which works in the Mac OS, in Windows, and in several flavours of Linux. See:

Having said that, if you are working in the Mac OS, I love The Archive.
