A Keyword Index in The Archive
I am new to using The Archive, and I am not a techie, but I find it remarkably practical especially for creating a digital Zettelkasten.
The only thing missing is a feature that would automatically save and display all your tags (Zettlr has this feature)--because comparing tags that represent your topics and sub-topics can give rise to new synthetic ideas, which is the ultimate point of the Zettelkasten method.
I solved this problem by simply creating a separate entry for all the tags, and I manually copy the tags into that file. It takes a little time but I don't care. At this point the functionality is just perfect for my kind of work. I couldn't be happier with a Zettelkasten software.
Howdy, Stranger!
