A question about the media directory
Are there limits to what can be safely stored in the media directory?
I want to try using TheArchive as a notes repo for a creative writing project. It would be nice to put word processing files in TheArchive's directory tree.
My thinking is that I'd like a separate notes database for a creative work, which would be awesome if it turned into a completed novel.
The agility of adding and finding notes in TheArchive is compelling.
If I have arbitrary non-Markdown files, can I keep them in the media folder? Does TheArchive safely ignore extraneous content in its directory tree?
Howdy, Stranger!

Yes; the app doesn't do much of anything with these files except preview them when you embed images in your notes, so you're free to do whatever there.
You may just as well use any other subfolder, too, though.
E.g. I have a
literaturesubfolder with my reference manager database plus attached PDFs.Author at Zettelkasten.de • https://christiantietze.de/
Many thanks!
