Last Position in Zettel
Hello dear community,
I never noticed it so much until today, but is it intentional that The Archive always remembers the last position per note? Today I often had to jump back and forth between several notes and it would have been much more comfortable if the note would start again in line 1 instead of jumping directly to line 60, for example, which forces me to scroll up.
Thank you very much

Yes, that's intentional.
You can try whether turning of
isRestoringScrollPosition
suits your needs:https://zettelkasten.de/the-archive/help/#hidden-preferences

from the Terminal to execute)Author at Zettelkasten.de • https://christiantietze.de/
Great, I'll give it a try. Many thanks @ctietze.
Update:
Hi @ctietze,
unfortunately I was unsuccessful.
I also noticed from the linked explanation that a /set/ is missing. Although this makes no difference. I have tried it via Safari and via the terminal.
I also tried directly to change the timestamp to inclusive seconds, without success.
thearchive://preference/set/isRestoringScrollPosition/false / thearchive://preference/set/isRestoringScrollPosition/set/false
thearchive://preference/set/identifierDateFormat/yyyyMMddHHmmss / thearchive://preference/set/identifierDateFormat/set/yyyyMMddHHmmss
I have of course tried Relaunch several times in various command combinations.
