[FEATURE] Affect what the search results list shows from plug-ins

The search results display a list of notes that match your search query. That's the only way users can affect what shows up there.

Plug-ins cannot currently change what's being shown; they cannot set the search term on behalf of the user, nor can they define what ought to be shown in the list directly.

• Filter/sort/... e.g. input.notes.all by some criterion, then pipe that filtered list to a function that shows the resulting list of notes directly in the search results list (via @Will, thanks!)
