The Archive hangs when trying to delete a file from Google Drive or Dropbox

If I set the archive directory to a file on Google Drive or Dropbox and try to delete a file the app just hangs and is unresponsive. If I set the directory to a folder on my computer a file can be deleted without any issue.

When I force quit the app, the file is then deleted from Google Drive or Dropbox. I can also delete the file from finder and The Archive picks up the changes.

I'm using the latest download of The Archive on on a Mac M1 Pro, Mac OS Ventura 13.1

Anyone had similar or know anything I could try.

Just tried to duplicate the behaviour using The Archive version 1.7.10 (219) - everything worked fine on my computer.

Is this your first experience with The Archive? Or did this start happening just recently?

There are known file access issues and conflicts, so I do wonder if it's related to a freak change in Ventura. Do reach out via email (e.g. from within the app), then we can figure out why that happens.
