[Feature Request] Blockquote styling in lists

Blockquote styling should work within lists. CommonMark supports this, and I can't find any indication Multimarkdown wouldn't as well.

There are so many curious cases with Markdown, it's hard to keep up, so thanks for pointing out what you found! I'll have a look how the new editor handles this; since it's MMD compliant, we should be fine
