[SOLVED] [BUG] Jerky Scrolling in OSX 10.15.5
I'm just getting to grips with The Archive. I note that the scrolling on the Mac version is very jerky rather than smooth. Any idea what might be causing this, and whether it can be overcome? Or is it a bug that needs to be addressed?

It seems to take place approximately when the a whole page of notes is scrolled, ie, the scrolling continues, but there is a moment where the page, before you are returned to the normal scrolling, but further down than you expected, giving the appearance of a jerk.
I don't experience this. And I note that the latest version is 10.15.6, so you might want to update.
Thanks @MartinBB - can I ask how long your notes are? Do you have any long ones?
I'd be surprised if upgrading to 10.15.5 would make any difference as it's a new MacBook, and I don't have scrolling problems with any other apps.
@gollum The editor is being overhauled and due later this year, that should help. Can you send me your note via email at

Sure, thanks Christian! I'll send it now.
@gollum The jerky scrolling finally is resolved with v1.7.0 on the "cutting edge" update channel, available since today.
