Separate Zettelkasten exe's?

Is it possible to have more than one completely separate instances of Zettelkasten?

I downloaded the zip file and extracted it to a folder and tried it out. I just want one for one area of study. Then I extracted another to a different folder to have one for everything else but somehow it is grabbing the existing one's data even though it has been kept separated.

Gotcha. This forum isn't associated with Daniel Luedecke's Zkn3 Zettelkasten app. This forum is put on by the makers of an app called 'The Archive' which is Mac only. Although a lot of what's discussed here is the Zettelkasten methodology as opposed to a specific app. But there may be some users here that could point you in the right direction.

Daniel has a YouTube channel that has some videos explaining the app but they're all in German. 😅 But YouTube does attempt a translation.
