  Hey Jakob - I would do the following:

  1. Quit The Archive
  2. Create a new folder in which you will be storing your combined Zettelkasten and a new sub-folder for your media files.
  3. Copy the text files from the two original note archives into the new (single) folder
  4. Do the same for your media files.
  5. Restart The Archive
  6. From the drop down menu, select The Archive and then Switch Archives
  7. In the pop-up window, click on Select Archive Directory and then select the new folder with the combined text files

  That should do it. If you don't like the result, you can revert back to the two separate archives, as you still have the original folders.
