Thanks for sharing this.
I use books as an external stimulus. There is nothing I can control
when my brain interactive with books. Notes are pieces of evidence of
such interactions. And I only have very limited control over it as
well.
The book by Nassim Nicholas is on my next reading list.
I saw someone state earlier today (possibly in another ZK-related thread somewhere)
and that can't be more accurate.
