So I didn't realize that a comment from the blog would get posted here, but I'm thrilled to find this forum and that my off topic comment helped me find you all. What an enlightened bunch you all must be!

I might as well say hello, then. I'm Bart, an English teacher and masters student of linguistics living in Poland. I'm working on my dissertation on corpus linguistics and starting a Zettlkasten (well, procrastinating at the moment, actually). I too have read Ahrens book and a lot of this site, and myself, suddenly, feel enlightened. How funny is that! So, hello and happy writing, everyone!
