A begginer's friendly guide to ZK

My name is Federico, from Argentina and I stumble upon the incredible attractive concept of ZK's by reading the book "Taking Smart Notes" by S.Abhrens. While I want to try it...I found the soft very intimidating. Is there any beginners friendly step-by-step tutorial that I could follow in english?
