[BUG] Switch List Type counts lines, not outline items per indentation level
There is a problem with the ⌘T - Switch List Type.
Here is a simple list. This list has sub-sections. This is where the program fails.
When I switch the list from unordered to an ordered list, I get an ordered list that counts the sub-section without changing the sub-section to an ordered list. We wouldn't want to sub-section to switch list type unless we specifically choose that sub-section to switch.
