Organisation apps for collaboration/teamwork

Hi, folks
After reading Sascha’s excellent piece on BASB vs ZKM, I started playing around with TaskPaper and Bike Outliner. Then I thought: ‘wouldn’t it be brilliant if collaborators could access this file?’ I often work on creative projects with one or more other people. Anyone out there found any decent outliner apps (in the tradition of TaskPaper) that could fulfil this function? An AI element would be icing on the cake…

I don't use it, but Workflowy comes to mind.

Or, if your collaborators are geeks, you could just use git and a plain-text file. GitHub is popular among technical writers for collaborative writing, for example.
