You may benefit from introducing some form of generalizing or rolling things up to a higher level of abstraction into your note system, with tags or more generic titles. That seems like a good way of doing things. Right now, I'm using Ulysses for short ideas or story snippets with the intention of moving relevant notes into Scrivener if anything larger coalesces. I might play around with moving some of those notes into The Archive and see how that goes. -
