iCloud vs. Dropbox performance with The Archive
Does anyone have evidence to suggest one is better than the other? I was using The Archive pretty heavily the other night with notes in my iCloud drive and my laptop battery was drained pretty fast. I suppose with prolonged usage, regardless of which cloud account I use, I should turn off Wi-Fi on my laptop to prevent constant syncing. Any thoughts? Thanks.

One advantage of DropBox for me is that it is trivially easy to pause syncing for as long as you need. No idea how easy that is with iCloud because I don't use it.
Thanks, Jeremy. I forgot about the "Pause syncing" option with Dropbox.
